The older the game gets, the more popular
Tonight at 11:37 PM EST there are 36 viewing SPWW2 alone. That's the most I've ever seen. This is good news considering most games I play start to die as they age.

Actually Ive noticed a wide spread in the resurrection of forums on Shrapnel. And they all deserve it. I think it says alot for Shrapnels choices in games that it supports. (this one included of course)

Hey Gandalf, nice to see that signature of yours. Funny!
I'm a student, at some time facing exams, yet at the same time facing other SP player too on PBeM, oh dude...

The reason oke, that SPWW2 and SPMBT are still alive is that Andy and Don (here's beer to them ) have continued to make improvements, and an international community willing to help. These are not old games.
Most wargames, when you've played all the battles, and done the campaigns, that's it. These two, when you've played all the battles you can make more. And you can fossick about with the orbats asking. (What would happen if the Poles would have had AK-47s in 1939?) Try doing that with most games.

There are many people but few to play PBEM. When I return from vacation I hope to do somewhere.
