Error with Gulf States apc

Andy or Don,
In the attachment is the year 2001-2 Gulf States Piranha apc size 2. It can hold 13 personnel. There's NO way size 2 units should be able to carry 13 personnel; correct? In all other oobs this same unit is a size 4. Maybe this is a data error? Just something I thought to bring to your attn....

B'cause in this case it's not used as a Sp atgm (class 19) vehicle like in it's original version (Unit 033) but as a light apc(class 121) - so it's more like the actual class (11) it's not likely to be the perfect choice. It could also be equiped with a 7.5mm mg (Weapon 226) to fit in the role better.
It is mainly used for the military police road patrol.
The Icon should be one without the TOW-tower but with a weapon and/or TI station on top... but haven't found one.
