Campaign Start Dates

Is there a way to change the default Campaign start and end dates?

I see the ini file where you change the battle dates but have never found the campaign ones. The default seems to be 1976 and I usually play in the 2000's so it is a pain to keep changing them.

There are only the hard-coded defaults.
