Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
Its intentionally impossible to pronounce "properly". That said, Ruh-Leigh usually gets the point across, as would Ree-Leigh, or Rih-Leigh. I'm somewhere between the first 2 personally, but having no proper method and only an approximation is intentional.

Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
personally I just pronounce it Rah-Lieh, not sure if it's the same as what you meant with Ruh-Leih or not. but yeah, I can't be certain if it's correct or not, nobody can. as squirrel said, it's not meant to be pronounced by us humans, but since we read it and we're curious we try, and we're probably wrong because we shouldn't be able to pronounce it properly in the first place...

Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
Everyone I know pronounces it as Righ (same as High) and then Lee (same as Grant Lee). That's probably not accurate, but it's what we're using unless the developers provide an official response.

Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
i generally hear Rx - lee-eh
Where
:x is a random vowel or semi-vowel sound
:lee-eh is dipthonged, not two separate syllables.
I tend to prefer the really short e sound that usually gets written as an upside-down e in pronunciation guides. I forget what its called.
One could of course assume the ' is a click as per Bushman languages, but that sounds kind of messy.

Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
I always pronounced it as "Rill-ith", but that seems to be terribly wrong. Oh dear.

Re: How is "R'lyeh" pronounced?
Well. You have to have a tentacle mouth to pronounce it correctly, so it's kind of a moot point.
