 Ah, found another scanned copy, on fas.org, seems this one is with the equipment:http://www.fas.org/irp/doddir/army/fm100-2-3.pdf 
EDIT: The equipment section is interesting, it suggests, for example, units of fire (ammo allocations) for artillery and mortars.
