I can't raze that last expansion cause of bogus... And this isn't a capitulation, so my capital still stands. It's just basic strategy.

I've staled once more but aside from that I've just been cutting things fine, things just got pretty busy recently with real life. Be assured that while Bogarus is basically rolling me, I'm not helping him do it. :P
