Today I cannot connect to the server for some reason, although I have a working internet connection. Do others experience the same thing?

Okay, the server is hosting in 18 hours and I still can't connect. Whenever I try it asks me what nation I want to play, like usual, I hit LA Ermor and it goes to the loading screen with the stars, which runs for a few seconds before stopping; it never moves past this and I can't download my turn.

Does it say "waiting for game info" while doing that? If so, that's odd, cause I don't have that problem and it usually affects everyone when it happens.

What do you mean, "stopping"?
