Fighter/Supply Bug

I was playing a game against a friend earlier when I noticed her fleets never ran out of supplies. Upon further observation I noticed one ship to be a fighter transport in every fleet and that when she was running out of supplies she would launch the fighters, put them in the fleet, and wait a turn for the fighters to share their supplies with the rest of the fleet. Then, pulling the fighters back into the bays, efectivelty resupplying them, she eventually made it all the way acrost the galexy and into my systems.

This has to be a bug.
