Oh yeah..... you can edit the startup & shutdown graphics for windows with System Mechanic.

oh yeah... it is .. it even works in XP... (so it says)... but from 95 to XP you have a great utility to use!

Seems to be a bunch of 'New' shipset and 'Artist' out there. So I decide to bring this thread back.

HTML isn't too hard to know. I learned the basics in about a week. Learned all the advanced stuff in about a month. If even that.
