Plagues

Research Medical Technology then put a medical bay on a ship then send it to the planet and if the tech of the ship (1 - 5) is equal or greater than the plague (1 - 5) then the next turn the plague is cured.

Also, Organic has a facility that does the same thing for a whole system, but I don't know if other techs do.
