let me get this straight, Fallout 2 which came by '96 or '98 (i forget which) had SkyNet which was a part of the full picture.

Is SkyNet is an actual military super-computer? (cuz thats what it was there - found at Sierra Military Base

) or is it an invention?

Thats WAY OT but i wanna know.
