An interesting MP Combat Discovery!
I am running a simulation PBW game testing out the Conqeust mod when I ran acrossed this bug.
All weapons are stock, not modified.
Each race has a fleet of ships equal to each other at around 25 ships appeace. Both races have the same advantages, and standard additional ship components and ship experience levels. (Ecm, Multi Trac) (Training at 20%)
One race is torpedo based, the other PPB.
What I am finding is that in simulations the PPB ships decimate the Torpedo ships. But I process the turn and I discover that the PPB ships are destroyed each and every time with only the loss of one or two Torpedo ships. I replayed the combat and discovered that the Torpdeo ships, which are to fire once every two turns or so are firing each turn. This gives them a fricking huge advantage.
