Shocking Ground Attack

I am friends with two other races. They are fighting, and I have planets intertwined. PBW.

This three-way battle occured. Force A had a planet with WP defenses. I also had a planet there, but undefended by WPs. Force B came in with ships and troops. The ships killed the WPs, then left. The Troop ship came in. The system setup had my planet closer to the transport. Force B then landed troops on MY

planet, not his enemies planet.

It looks like we fought to a standstill.

Next turn who knows.

It looks like the troops are now mine, and combat will not continue, but who knows till next turn.

Has anyone seen this? An Error for reporting?
