v1.35 and PBEM

I am trying to play in a PBEM through admiral's webserver and my turn won't work.... I download the zip file and then unzip it to my savedgames directory in SEIV. It appears when I click 'load' and is listed with my other saved games but will not open and I get an error

Anyone have any ideas??
