I'd recommend looking into Plone. It's very easy to setup (a couple of minutes for something like the default layout), and yet is powerfull.
Illwinter doesnt host their own site. I have been talking to them about it and offering some share-space but so far they are hosted. I dont think the options for Plone and the Zope it runs on would be open. (thanks for the pointer though, I do have Zope running)
