I would be interested in doing such a project. ^_^ I don't know off hand of any previous projects of this nature though. (Check Sunray's Site... Nope!)

The information collection process is fairly straightforward. However, just what information do you want and how do you want them presented?

For example, the characteristic "Stealthy (+0)" is explained as "Stealthy troops can pass undetected through enemy territory" in-game. Is that all you want? Or do you also want some info on the +0 value? How PD of 10 or higher can reveal such units, etc?

Then there is the matter of presentation. Do you just want an Excel-style sheet, or a printer-friendly layout, etc.

I would be glad to help out, if you have decided the specifics and the goals you are trying to accomplish here.
