Replacement Player Needed - Newbie Preferred

PBW game "Newer Players - From Scratch" is in turn 46 and needs a replacement player for the Nagolian empire. The player had to drop out due to technical difficulties with zip files.

I'm not certain of the details, myself, but as the game's admin I figured I'd poke around for some players. The game is no-mod, high tech cost, and still very early in the game so newbs looking to get a feel for the game with other newbs are welcome to join.
