PvK\'s proportions tech-seeing bug

I know you're busy and all with the server crash etc, but I just wanted to inform you of a bug (at least I think it is)

When I start a game of proportions and enable to view all tech, when I go to view the tech SE4 gives massive amounts of runtime errors, maybe you could see if you can duplicate it (or someone else for that matter)
