assassination not corrected

Hi,

I convinced myself that the infamous following feature:

"if you have a retreat order when being assassinated, you will still execute this order, even if it means that you are killed instantly, as you are not allowed to retreat in assassination attempt"

was modified a long time ago. I decided though to test it in the latest Version, as I have a crone pretender moving with a retreat order in a pbem.

and it is not corrected. An oversight I hope, as I dont think it must ask for much time to make the test in the code
