Yay for Annette, Mindi, and all the other customer service folks over at Shrapnel. I just placed orders for three copies of Dom II sent to three different addresses (they're gifts for friends to get them addicted) and only one of the orders seemed to make it through the process.

"uh oh" I thought.

I went to the website, sent off an email to them on their cust. service form...and within, like, and hour heard back from them and they had fixed whatever burp their system had and sent me receipts for all three orders. Frankly, pretty surpised - I certainly didn't expect it to be that easy or quick...

Yay!

Ps: I have also just recently bought a copy of Dom II (I'm an SE4 fanatic, but figured I might as well try to branch out) and so I hope to very soon be wasting too much of my late night life on this game...and I hope I have addicted three buddies of mine as well. See ya all soon...
