That's why the M256 accuracy was finally shifted to 14 (though that doesn't seem to change much to the game eventually), it was still at 11 some months ago.
Probably there was no time to check out
all the other Rh-120 derivates in the various OOBs (23 AFAIK) before the 2.5 release (I know I wouldn't have had time).
