The reason it won't load is becasue there are two Casspirs missing from the platoon. Each one of those 12.7 HMG's sections has 8 men. 2x8=16 men and that won't fit into a vehicle designed to carry 12 ( or the other ones that have 9!!)

It's a platoon and should have 4 Casspirs not 2 so I would suggest you add two more to formation 276 of the SA OOB with MOBHack then pass that on to anyone you might PBEM that nation with.
