Default Re: Leaky Intel sequence

I’m pretty sure that Intel is processed sequentially. The first players projects are funded and any one completed are executed. Then the next player and so on.


Note: An Intel project from an earlier play by get through a later player’s counter-Intel project, because it hasn’t received its funding yet.

Example:
Two Players with a 50k Intel attack against the other Player and also putting 50k into counter-Intel project that is currently at zero points.

Result: Player One’s attacks work against Player Two, but Player Two’s attacks are blocked by Player One’s CI project which will be drain of its points by the attacks. Player’s Two’s CI project will have 50k points since the attacks came before it was funded.
