The Iraq insurgent OOB and the Iraq government OOB need to be separated. Its annoying in PBEM and random battles to fight the insurgents only to see that they've got F-16s, M-60 tanks and FASCAM. Maybe put the insurgent OOB in the Red OOB and leave the government troops in the Iraq OOB?
