The intrum patch was posted a couple of days ago and ONLY address the 1.95 missing startmenu issue. It contains no other update info.

You can find it by scrolling down the list of topics. It was posted a couple of days ago so its still on the main page of topics. If not go to SE.net and grap it from the Star Trek Forum there.
