Hi

No I don�t have DirectX 4, but I agree the way Dxdiag shows the DirectX version can be slightly confusing.

Version Number: 4.09.0000.0902
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0b

DirectX info found here:
http://www.computerhope.com/directx.htm

However I found a solution to this problem:

In the Game Options I changed �Show Introduction� from Yes to No and now can I start the game without any problems.
