Human only mods ?

Does anyone know if there is a mod with human only factions ?

Also how difficult is it to port the many mods of Dom II into Dom III (I love Marignon !).

I'm presently reworking the Faerun map from Dom II and would like to have only non fantastic nations with very little magic users or overpowered units.
