but if you make the cost equal to that of having to built the spaceyard ship and the bases to house the components then using it a a super attck ship would be a little costly and most humans would not want to spend the cost or the time to build one. It took over 40 turns to build the ship in the planet que.
And if they do, look at it as a doomsday ship with teh challege of trying to overpower. I am sure 5 or 6 fleets of 100 ships could put to waste one super attack ship.
Also, If humans have an avantage over the AI by building ring worlds.
I have never built one due to this.
