Meeting engagements problem

And as I noted in post #615131 above I ran a Russian Generated campaign to game four and was offered " a Delay ( three times ) defend ( once ) , assault ( once ) and a special battle (once)." and others have found the same thing so perhaps you could tell me exactly which nation you were playing and which opponents you were playing against and what year etc etc so I can run the same test you are running. Or , better still post this campaign you are having problems with and then everyone can try it ?
