I can see having a daughter of avalon posessing minor fortune telling abilities - she is something of a wich living in the woods after all. I wouldn't give her 10 though. 10 really is the province of powerful and/or dedicated sages. I definitely do not see them as powerful priests of the faith. (and H2 is quite powerful after all. )
This is just a reply on your question, based on my own personal subjective 'feel' of the nation, without having looked at the mod. (and potential extra lore you might already have added. )
