Yeah Vista puts them in a funky place due to the "User Account Control" feature. Check under "\Users\[your login]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Dominions\". You should find what you're looking for there.

Or you can turn off UAC via ControlPanel->SecurityCenter->Other Security Settings. Then when you save games or pretenders, they'll be under your program files directory like you would expect.
