Yep, the recruitables from the B1 Blood Henge site, not a poptype.

If you're EA Arco or Lanka, you can easily seduce some of the blood druids (well, Lanka doesn't really need to).

Lore Masters also have a blood random.

Indy scouts are pretty cheap for blood hunting.
