Setting up a server with quickhosting

How do I set up host to run only after all turns are in? I see that -q is the command line flag, but when I edit the Dom3 icon properties to use -q and give it a game name, I get a single line asking me "Play a Nation" with only "Exit" as a choice. I'd be grateful for any advice.
