The ministry of supernatural affairs is not yet formed. The position as minister is not yet dealt to anyone, so gold and gems might still influence the election.

Unfortunately the Emperor just showed himself for the first time since he was poisoned by Lin Poo. The empire is celebrating, but the appointment of the minister will probably be delayed, as well as all foreign affairs.

In other words, I have a rather busy week and my pretender returned and I have little time to write stuff
