Moebelwagen & SdKfz 251/1 Rak

While digging around in spob16, I found two items that should be looked at:

unit 175 = Moebelwagen : Weapon Slot 1 should be a weapon 29 - 3.7cm Flak 43 instead of weapon 11 - 3.7cm FlaK 36. References: "German Tanks of World War II" by von Senger und Etterlin, "Flak at War" by Trojca, website "Achtung Panzer", etc.

unit 202 = SdKfz 251/1 Rak : The value for Fire Control should be 0 instead of 5. Makes it consistent with the other SdKfz 251/1 Rak, unit 158, and similar units across the tables.
