I feel productive, and wanted to make a wraparound map with minimal potential for any sea nation and with no harbours. This is what happened.
Water access can be poweful since rivers link water provinces.
Once again credits to Jason Lutes for the awesome maps from which all my maps' graphics are ripped from.
