My chaos, srand, vsAI games are generated fresh each time. All it would take would be not generating a new map. The abilities and problems are the same as any other Dom3 game. If you start a new game on any Dom3 map some things are the same and some are different.

I suppose that it you wanted to make it extremely identical then you would need to make use of the map commands that dont tend to get much use. Design every province completely. Name each one, select its population, its magic sites, everything that the game does randomly if its left open.
