winSPWW2 V4.25 mini patch

FYI

Sometime in April 2010 we will be releasing a mini patch for winSPWW2 mainly to correct issues with the basic PBEM security but we decided to include the work that had been done to date RE: corrected scenarios, OOB's, new PIC's etc etc

The patch will likely be less than 2MB but all the OOB's have been touched in one way or another so the usual warnings about secure PBEM will apply.

We will issue further info once the remaining work has been completed
