Digital Download version of Dom 3 questions

Hi,

do anyone of you guys know if there's some kind of DRM or online activation within the digital download version of Dominions 3? I'm asking because this is the final answer that will allow me to decide between the boxed version and the digital download one... I'll purchase one of the two tomorrow morning

I'd like my digital download to be able to be backed-up on my external HDs and be assured that I will be able to play Dom 3 in - for example - 10 years. Is this possible?
