Turning into a giant werewolf?

Help me out please.

I was under the impression that a siz 4 or larger creature turns into a giant werewolf if it turns into a lycanthrope (from the amulet). I'm starting to think I'm wrong, since I haven't found a reference to such a giant werewolf. Is it just the giants that turn into such, or does any siz 4 creature turn into a jotun werewolf?
