It's late game with no wars going on, 4 players on the brink of chaos. EA agartha is currently the weakest of the 4 but, as I said, not currently under attack and at full strength. If you want to mess with lots of late-game micro but with a manageable amount of troops, or you feel pity for those freakish giants, then this is the game for you.
