Flocks of raven(spiders) have been flying out of Machaka capital, trying to reach all the leaders of the world. There is a message attached to each and every bird. It says:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Machaka nation is willing to trade water gems for fire, death or astral gems. Also Pendant of luck -amulets and Antimagic amulets could serve.

Would trade gems for 1:1, and amulets 1:6.

The signature, however, is missing.
