Ok lets make it more clear.
@ samoht: could you please take the extra 5 min to take your new turn if you are the last person to submit a turn.
Turns this early game , as Bullock said, don't take any of your time and if you take two turns you can appear at the end of the next one, but It gets the game moving quicker. I'd understand if you are not doing your new turn if you are waiting for some diplomatic communications with other players or for some real-life reasons but I'm sure that if you had some time to take the previous turn you can somehow find the extra 2 min to make the new turn, if thats not the case then there is no reason in always waiting to be the last guy to submit a turn, it annoys people.
