Seriously something is wrong with this RNG

Just as I opened my turn I saw the message: Unexpected event has occured in EA Fomoria, so I thought crap there goes my lab or temple, but no,someone found fire gems in a hot valley

. As I said before this is having taken misfortune 2 o.O.
