For if we are to live by your logic (quoted above) then Ulm should without doubt claim your entire country as his because YOU attacked him, and he is therefore entitled to every land you own, including your capitol. Your aggressive disposition works both ways see.
YOU planned in advance, and attacked Ulm, therefore all your base are belong to Ulm now. Unless of course you comply with his demands.
