Scenario: Operation blue bat - beirut 1958 (hypothetical)

SCENARIO: OPERATION BLUEBAT - BEIRUT 1958

SCENARIO:

This hypothetical scenario takes place on July 16, 1958 after the Marines have secured the airport. They are now preparing to advance on the port in support of the Chamoun government forces. Historically the Marines encountered only light resistance securing the port of Beirut, this scenario will provided the USMC player with a far more committed defense from the Green (INM, LCP, and PSP) opposition.

Design Notes:

Excellent map.

Victory Flags are set to 0 value except for one near the Petroleum Storage facility.

No damage to map although this action occurs after liberating airport.

CO not found in C1, LVTR-5 but in E6. Just an error in that company.

Give me boats for the Raiders.

These are my initial impressions. I may not play it for awhile as I popped open the Editor and poked around. Otherwise, it is a long scenario, might be fun to break it up and assign smaller battles (objectives) to individual companies and militia forces.
