The Indians had standart M3 Lee & Grant left by the British. That gun barrel is fake, it was invented when the Tank went to the museum.

The Pakistan M3 has a 17 Pounder antitank gun. It my be a convertion from a M33 Prime Mover, itself a version of the M31 ARV. This had a fake gun. "These had the crane, 37mm turret, internal winch and machine guns removed and a compressor installed to operate the artillery brakes"
