EMP Files - How do you create them?

I you have to load some of the AI files, maybe use one from another race and tweak it, then create the new race in that new race menu (use the values (race name, empire-type, title of emporer, emperor name, etc) you set in the AI_general file) and once you start the game esc then click on save empire and voila...an emp file in the empire folder for use.

Take care in naming that empire :-)
