Message problems in PBW game

The message was from my empire, and yes, we have been compromised by a intel attack. My counterintelligence storage was insufficient to stop the attack.

Asmala: I have sent you two e-mails today that have been rejected by your server. Do you have another way I can contact you?

Thanks. Of course I should have thought intelligence attack but I'm a new player, only one game over 100 turns up till now (and that game is this game where Greybeard are playing too )
