Re: AI and systemwide facilities
Thats altogether strange. Why don't I encounter the problem? Maybe my AIs avoid them because it is the 6 or so facility. Well, I'm puzzled.

Re: AI and systemwide facilities
You will see this only on colonies with breatheble athmosphere, because usually the facilities with system wide abilities are built after the fifth or sixth facility. This means you see it usually only after the AI uses athmosphere converters and usually with the system robotoid, system computer complex and system intel facilities, because they are built on the three main colony types. The system gravitational shield e.g. is mainly built on military colonies and these are mostly limited to one colony per system! But all depends on the colony type and facility contruction files of the AI.

Re: AI and systemwide facilities
I have a PBW game here with Ai. In this game the AI has several dozens planets with the right atmosphere, even whole systems with huge breathable planets and it does not build more then one system robotoid factory or any system wide facility for that matter. It only happened to the Ai with a space port where I put one into the queue and the AI build one too (the check while building problem we all agreed upon). Can someone post a savegame with the problem here?

In a current game my religious-psychic AI has decided to build the fourth Time Shrine in a system. Will post the savegame later.
EDIT: The savegame: http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/newup...1041274875.zip
The system with four Time Shrines is Eskirk. But in Haphik and Osshod the AI also decided to build more than one. All of the "additional" Time Shrines were constructed when the first was present in the system for several turns.
Have no savegame about Robotoid Factories available but believe me the AI-behaviour is just the same.

Re: AI and systemwide facilities
Now I only need your Ai race, too.

Re: AI and systemwide facilities
I stand corrected. I have found the bug, too, and have sent it to MM.
